Assault Allegations by his wife
Vivek got married to Yanika on December 6, 2023, and just days after their wedding, a police complaint was registered against him by his wife, allegedly assaulting his wife.The charges include assault, intentional assault, property damage, and causing grievous harm under sections 323, 504, 427, and 325, respectively.
As per the complaint , Vivek Bindra argued with his mother and when Yanika intervened, a fight broke out between Vivek Bindra and Yanika.Vivek Bindra then locked his wife, in a room and subjected her physical and verbal abuses,resulting injuries. As per reports, Yanika Bindra is admitted to a hospital in Delhi.
