Career
At the age of 11, Richa selected for U-19 Bengal team. Eventually, she broke into the U-23 side and selected to senior team when she was 12 years old.
She was named Bengal Cricketer of the year in 2018.
In August 2021, Ghosh was called up to the national team for series against Australia. She was named in India’s Squad for the women’s test match and women’s test match and Women’s One Day International (WODI) matches. She made her WODI debut on 21 September 2021,for India against Australia.
In January 2022, she was named in India’s team for the 2022 Women’s Cricket World Cup in New Zealand.
